Love Thing Poem by Gordon D Wilkinson

Love Thing

Rising not just from the east
No defined direction
Just a tiny speck on life’s horizon
One glowing ember growing ever brighter
Invisible tendrils invading thoughts
Infusing slowly into the sinews of the body
Warming disarming and capturing
Persuading hearts to join in unison
This thing called love

Glad there are people like you to tell me how love feels cause I am not sure I have ever experienced it.
