Love that is silent
feelings not shone
keeping your distant your heart as if stone
a kiss cold as ice
love unseen in your eyes
you used to be nice
now your the one i despise
you did nothing but tell me lies
when i gave you my whole heart
it's time this relationship dies
i'm ready for a new start
my heart may be broken but im strong
this pain i feel will soon subside
i'm out your life where i belong
holding my head up with pride
i look to you lord for a gift sent from above
for my heart to be restored
to be able to feel real love
something my heart has never felt
all i know is a love unpure
from every man that's what i was dealt
how love really feels im unsure
so i pray to you
send me a love that's real
love worth holding onto
a love i can't help but feel.
