Sunbeams bright, a new day gleams,
Letting go of perfect dreams.
Maybe once, love felt a test,
'Get it right, ' to be the best.
But hearts can stumble, minds can stray,
We all falter on the way.
Feeling small, or not enough,
Life can sometimes be so tough.
Yet a truth shines, clear and deep,
Secrets that the heavens keep.
Though our flaws are plain to see,
Loved we are, entirely.
Even when we hide our fears,
Whispering doubts through falling tears.
God and Christ, they know it all,
And love us still, standing tall.
So breathe in peace, let worries cease,
Find in love your sweet release.
Perfect we are not, but this we know,
Loved completely, watch us grow.
