Once upon a time I was in Mallorca.
In the village Valldemossa lived
Frederic Chopin and Georges Sand.
Earlier it was a Carthusian monastery.
Cartesians were whipping themselves
When thought of a sin.

Sand was much older than Chopin
but I don't know whether
she whipping herself.

Take your boy to Mallorca
and there's a nice ocean noise.
Maybe you'll start whipping yourself there.

Lijep šum okeana

Jednom davno bio sam na Majorci.
U selu Valdemoza su živjeli
Šopen i Žorž Sand.
Ranije je to bio kartuzijanski manastir.
Kartuzijanci su bičovali sebe
kad bi pomislili na grijeh.

Sand je bila mnogo starija od Šopena
ali ne znam da li je bičovala sebe.

Povedi svog dječaka na Majorku
i tamo ima je lijep šum okeana.
Možda ćeš tada početi da bičuješ sebe.
