Loves Me , Loves Me Not Poem by Bill Simmons

Loves Me , Loves Me Not

Rating: 4.6

I counted all the petals
Of a rose today
Loves me, loves me not
I was let down
And each time that I tried
It was the same
She loves me
Was nowhere to be found

I know it's only just a game
Of pretend
Loves me, loves me not
We have all played
But this time it was special
Because I intend
To ask, if she would
Marry me today

I tried many times
Went through the whole bouque
A dozen roses lay before me
On the ground
And although I know it's only
Just a game
Loves me, loves me not
Got me down

Then the girl I intend for me
Walked in the room
Seen a tear
And came back with her glue
She glued one single roses petal
Just for me
And said does she love me?
You know I do.
