Lustful Love - Poem by Fathom Faith
Lust can be a powerful thing...
Is it the drive one gets when they feel they can do as they please, especially when they like what they do or they don't see?
I don't know, but lust is a powerful thing...
Is it the cause of losing trust that was once gained?
Or is it the effect of what comes after being pushed away?
Or maybe it's the reason few make a commitment to stay?
I don't know, but lust wears a powerful cape...
Thick enough to wrap you up and pull you astray, yet thin enough to fade and tear away.
Lust of the eye
Lust of the flesh
Oh how hard you make it to see where love fits in at.
