I love you, have I told you that I love you?
Have I told you how abundantly I think of you?
You bring comfort to my life and shelter to my soul,
Just thinking about you makes me feel whole,

Your words build me up and fill me with light,
I'm so glad our friendship finally took flight,
Spending time with you is a wonderful gift,
Hearing your voice makes my spirits lift,

The burdens of my days and nights disappear,
I can feel your presence even when you're not here,
Simply thinking of you I know you're not far,
You're like a bright light coming from a star,

Seeing your smile I can't help but smile too,
You generate energy that I need to carry through,
For all of my problems seem so small in size,
I can get through anything with you by my side,

With this kind of love I know we can soar,
There are so many things we have yet to explore,
Imagine the laughter and good times to come,
Being together and just having fun,

Or maybe those times when we just sit and talk,
Cause we know how to talk and walk the walk,
We are from one single soul that chose this path,
To gather the other when we fall from the raft,

We will fall and stumble many more times,
But together we'll conquer and be just fine,
I will hold you up and I know you will me,
What better friendship could there possibly be?
