I'm glad I had the privilege
To share life with you
Because if you weren't there
I don't know what I would do

All the years of loving me
Are locked inside my heart
Please always remember
From my heart they'll never part

You brought so much happiness
And joy into my life
There's no way I couldn't have
Asked you to be my wife

Now looking back through the years
It was an excellent choice
Because when you had to be
You were the other voice

You always stood beside me
When we needed to be strong
You never had a problem
Telling me when I was wrong

But I was alright with that
Because that's what partners do
Whether right or wrong, weak or strong
We were going to make it through
