Mae Poem by Edward Kofi Louis

Mae

Come closer to me so that i can kiss your lips,
For i need a lasting relationship with you;
And the door is now opened for you alone.

Think about it for a moment,
And like life in the Garden of Eden;
For i will search for your love and,
I will search for you always to cool me down.

Stop your cry and keep me in deep memory;
Dry up your tears and hold me tight in the cold;
For it is no secret that i love you,
And you are caught pants down on my poetry.

Mae,
Put your knife in its sheath awhile;
For i am in love with you and,
There is more between the legs.
