to each his own
predicament
to each his own
view of the
solution
at this point
interference is
unnecessary
for here we are
trying to laugh and
laugh so hard
that we forget about
this thing
this isolation
this way of trying to
put pieces back into
its shape
its wholeness
the glass is broken
we let it be
the house is burning
we just want to see
relationships are ruined
marriages go berserk
friends quit
and so what can we do?
what is left is what we
must tackle now
at least we are here
and we are
in this moment
talking, breathing,
weaving more stories
and living life the
way it moves
upon itself
as we have no more control
of its direction
letting go, letting things and
people be
makes us all lighter
and free
