Man Poem by Clare Mefferd

Man

Rating: 4.0

As he walks toward me his skin sparkles like
A thousand stars shining in the night sky
His hair darker than death itself
Teeth sharper than the talons of an eagle
As he walks my way I want to run in fear
But his image holds me still in place
His dazzle holds my gaze
And I can't let go
