Man And Time Poem by Rafik Romdhani

Man And Time

Years

You keep flying O' years
But you never look back
At the mountains a man bears
After your flight with his luck

You keep flying O' years
In the blink of the eye
Ignore the blur it wears
And the towering dream you stultify

Years you pass faster than a single day
You 're wicked enough in your own way
In hiding behind days while no one knew
And however you fly I stay younger than you

You fade in the distance; the birds inside remain
The birds inside remain. Sail! My heart is engine too
For if you travel by wind I do travel by pain!
