A feeling deep inside, a thought I hold,
Though science tells a story, clear and cold.
It says no proof exists, no learned decree,
That women are more human, loving, free.
No studies find them better, more humane,
Than any man who walks this earthly plane.
But in my heart, a different truth takes flight,
A vibrant hue that shines with gentle light.
I see a world where roles are softly spun,
Where different paths for different souls are run.
From tender years, a different mold is cast,
A whispered lesson, meant to always last.
Some are taught to feel, to openly express,
To tend with care, to soothe another's distress.
Their hearts are wide, their nurturing an art,
A gentle whisper to a
fragile heart.
While others learn a tougher outer shell,
To hide their pain, where quiet sorrows dwell.
To stand up strong, and never show a tear,
To push away the vulnerability and fear.
The body's hum, the chemicals that flow,
Hold no great secret, no superior glow.
No brain scan whispers, no biological sign,
Declares one gender truly more divine.
The seed of kindness, empathy's warm gleam,
Is planted in us all, a shared, deep dream.
But how it grows, the garden we create,
It is shaped by voices, shaping our own fate.
By what we're shown, by what we're told to be,
The human heart, in all its mystery.
