March For Jesus! Poem by Denis Martindale

Let those who march for Jesus Christ in time get their reward,
For in His Name, each got baptised, set free to serve the Lord.
Below the surface water, stayed until raised once again,
Just as our Saviour once obeyed in Jordan way back then.
Let those who march for Jesus still prove witnesses and more,
When down a street or up a hill, blessed by the Lord for sure.

With Holy Bibles in their hands, New Testaments to share,
Each one obeys the Father's plans, prayer warriors who care.
Each time I marched for Jesus Christ, I played my part as well,
Recalling what He sacrificed, with Good News yet to tell.
For there's a Heaven Christ died for that we might join Him, too,
Prepared to thrill us to the core, not just to see us through.

Great promises! Amazing grace! Forgiveness when we pray.
That's why the Gospel we embrace! Yes, every night and day!
