Mark Hughes Poem by Saul Kamionsky

Mark Hughes

His name is Mark Hughes,
he's nicknamed
Sparky,
because he threw a fuse.

He led The Dragons to a high-level
then roved to The Riversiders did Hughes.
A legendary Red Devil
became a citizen of the blues
And signed a Paraguayan Santa Cruz.

The cottage was visited by Hughes
but with Harrods he was not amused
and then stumbled on some hoops
but was flown away by AirAsia. Iglooed.

Stoked the fire
by breaking the bank for Imbula.
A true football great
He was declared a Saint.
