Marshes Poem by Naveed Akram

Marshes

The bog and marsh condemn you,
Eternal is this gain of your few
Who wear a costume of colours,
Inward is the feeling of counsellors.
They advise and lecture on weather
That superbly displays youth and feather.
We are experts too bold of the marsh,
In this is knowledge to drain - so harsh!
