Masked Mind Poem by ashok jadhav

Masked Mind

The masked mind walks through life with guarded face,
Its thoughts concealed behind a silent wall;
It hides its fears, its longing, and its grace,
Afraid to trust that truth may conquer all.
Beneath the mask, the heart still beats aware,
Of dreams unspoken, wishes left unseen;
Yet habit drapes its caution like a prayer,
And shields the soul from what it might have been.
But masks grow heavy, and the mind must yield,
To courage calling softly through the veil;
For only when the hidden self is healed
Can inner light emerge and then prevail.
Release the mask, let thought and feeling blend,
And find the strength that silence could not lend.
