Masonry Poem by Nassy Fesharaki

Masonry

Masonry

In his hand; and pocket
-held booklets and pamphlets
-highlighted, many notes, had written

And we talked
-to speak
-gave him time
-he spoke

On the rear of the cars, recently
-see via stickers, a compass and ruler,
-on the top is an eye; says something,
-as do the other signs
-like symbols of the fish
-or cross, crescent, and Star
-King David's; or five-Ks of the Sikhs…
-far below the eye, comes:
- "Faith" and "Hope", "charity"

I have made my mind so
-to me none, is angel, nor devil

I have my theory:
- "Load is there to carry! "
- "Wise puts it on donkey! "
- "If you feel heaviness
-if back hurts under it
-you agreed or gave way and permit!
-Therefore rise, if don't want, be a wolf
-they will run with feared, and scared…"

I have read, and have heard
-about the invaders and cheaters
-as well as the victims in burden
-the Masons are among prior
-they abuse and take ride
-but that since get wheel
-that rotates in favour
-they leave and pass by if
-the wheel is broken, or find it dangerous
-want release? Cause them pain!
