Masquerade Poem by Patrick Tincher

Masquerade

You've locked yourself behind a wall
Thrown away the key
This wall has ornate windows
Windows which I can see through
You're not all right
You've worn this mask too long
Rip it from your face
It's all fun and games until someone gets hurt
You
Tear down this wall
Run to freedom
