Master Of Disguise Poem by Stevens Cadet

Master Of Disguise

A master of disguise
Mixed within these ties
Aligned within these vibes

Filtered by my mind
Perception left you blind
To alternate perspectives

Time was a measurement
Of human presence

Who originated the clock?
And gave titles to every color we got?
The spectrum missed the mark

What the insect thought of my tears
Gave me empathy for ones that never dropped
Disconnection from everything I was taught

When I learned who his NOT the highest paid
And any "A" I may gain
Doesn't change the struggle to maintain

Even when we die, debt's retained
So depth remains when all is lost

For what I brought
Taught the next coming along

And made it easier to digest
When I gave it in rhythmic form

I could change the course
Of everything but these actions

I'm directing what these thoughts are mapping
Globally positioned to ascertain my ascension

A life of unconditional Love & painting passion
Is how I'm guided

Towards alignment with my higher being
Lime & Warm water helps raise the alkaline
I'm bringing down with bad habits

I may manage... But I'm just buying time
A master of disguise
