May Be It's Just Me Poem by Mohammad Younus

May Be It's Just Me

May be it's just me,
searching through shadows,
mapping the labyrinth
of my own mind.

Each reflection
carves pathways
to deeper self-knowing,
a journey paved
with silent thoughts.

When I envision
the essence of me,
a puzzle forms,
yet I feel whole,
a complete mosaic,
needing no mending,
imperfection perfect.

This knowing,
not as fragment,
but as whole,
is no mirage
but a hidden truth,
concealed from
minds diseased.
I long to grip
those who cast
shadows of doubt.

As they rise,
denouncing my faith
in One True Reality
as heresy,
their judgments fall
like leaves, unheeded.

I yearn to share
my innermost thoughts,
my raw emotions,
free from fear,
stripped of shame.
An inner fire
urges me to boldness—
a sign, perhaps,
of self-awareness,
of divine connection.
