May I Ask One Question - Poem by Dani Blackham

only one question
running wild in my head
as i lay down in bed

it hurts not to know the answer
do the people we love
always die? ? ?

please answer me this one question
i lay here and cry: -(
because i know i never got to see you
just to say good bye

He knows you were there in spirit. This is close to my heart. Trust me, people go in the ground or cremated, but, that, s just their shell. The soul-mind-lifeforce call it what you will lingers, he may have been around you which in turn made you write this piece about him. The world works in strange ways sometimes Dani.
