Maybe It's You Poem by Aimee Brimson

Maybe It's You

Rating: 3.0

Somebody once said you had no friend
Was that because of your trend;
Or was it really just the end?

I see no dark cloud over your head
No lingering concerns
Not even silky battle scars.

We all know you like a good old mars
Sit watching footy
Having a pint.

Though somebody said you like going no where
And I want to go some where
I know its stupid; sounds unrealistic.

But lets plant some dreams
And have some screams
To find out if your the one for me.

I'm standing in the corner, waiting for you to come
Their no point me spinning around in circles,
With him and him and him.

You maybe reckless, though I want you to be my keeper
I don't want to be dancing on my own
Looking like a seeker.

So just maybe,
Maybe you are the one for me?
With Duvet days
Romantic lays.
my room is big enough for the both of us
Though my keeper doesn't have to be a must.
