Me Poem by Paul Reed

Me

Rating: 5.0

I think I will always love my life
Despite the setbacks and fears
Despite the onrushing years
I think I will always love my life;

I wouldn't want to be anyone else
No matter how rich or debonair
No matter how precious or rare
I wouldn't want to be anyone else;

I want to be me inside and out
Through all the sun and the rain
Through all the joy and the pain
I want to be me inside and out.

It's a wonderful poem, by all means. Love for oneself despite setbacks and failures, is the key to stability and progress of human civilisation. Thanks, Dear Poet.
