Me, The Mocking Bird Poem by Francis Kokutse

Me, The Mocking Bird

I have heard all,
Seen all there is
And above all, said all.

Now, l repeat what they
All say to keep us happy;
I will do that, and that and that.
But it does not happen and so,
I have kept myself up the tree
To sing like a mockingbird.
