Meet My Eyes Poem by Nithin Jacob

Meet My Eyes

Long way to go under the gray streets
Road on fire filled with gray grass
Would you feel an empty space in you?
Could you touch your heart and speak to me?
Some one some day dig a hole and got some gold
Some day same time he died with 6 feet land in his name
Now would you choose that gold for the same land?
Run for a place and die for no reason?
And I can buy this place and say I love you?
And I can treasure your name on the craft
No one knew about the world we stay
Is it flat or will it remain to be the same?
Stand and stare, scare crows all around
If you can choose all the wise men lived,
Long time ago in a golden castle
You say live and long live martyrs
Your glare made my eyes flare …
So let’s meet up in that place
Meet up where is no caste and creed
Where all of us live forever and ever…
