Mega Good Poem by T.R. James Bray

Mega Good

Rating: 5.0

Mega good
noises that come from you.
Darling, dance with the deep tide
and pull
us both under.
Tossed and entwined we are one,
inside the fizz, froth, and foam.
A fury
that turns us, over and over again.
Not wanting to surface
we breathe each other.
Grounded,
I eat the insight you serve
filled full.
Contemporary circumstances create the chase.
Now, I hunt cyber space for a
Discernment diet.
Considering an alternate future
of me, emaciated, alone in the dark comfort
of my sealed, private, wooden box.
Another shuttered heart.
But you are my handyman!
With tools and
a grip so tight
Iron rods quiver, just like my legs
Each time you go to work.
