As my tears fall
Onto your skin
I realize I’m not alone
Because you let me in
You took my hand
And guided me through
With your love
I became new
You helped me fight the demons
I was too scared to face alone
You don’t know how special you are
You’re the most caring person I’ve ever known
just know that I am here
if you have a battle to fight
I won’t leave your side
I’ll be here day and night
After everything we’ve endured,
Our friendship has stayed strong
It has a melody and meaningful words
