In our days of ignorance
We almost levitate on hearing our favorite track
Its live performance shuts all else out
With joy our tongues rides the beat
Wishing it lasts for ever...
Now that the guidance has reached us
The light envelopes our heart
With it came the unrivaled composition
Dazzling poets, philosophers, and historians
With verses of magnificent effects
Purifying, Soothing, energizing, and informing
Yet true, precise, and timely
From the supreme One and Only
Through the unlettered seal
To the best community of Man
In a tongue so beautiful and worthy
Learnt and lived by men over ages
Melodiously recited with blessed voices
By reciters so calm and gentle.
With delight we read along by the letter
For it's well carved into our hearts.
The Best replacement we have found
for the poison we are used to.
With As-sudais and Matrood sounding so beautiful
One can only imagine the sahabas' recitation
But imagine the Prophet's(SAW) recitation
I wonder how Jubril's sounds like
Reciting to Muhammad (SAW) alone.
But can you imagine the peak of it all
How is it going to feel...
To listen to Allah (SWT) 's recitation
of suratul Rahman...
While His beauty is uncovered
Pure undiluted ecstasy...
I pray to make it there with you
To behold the best scene Ever.
