I wish I were there
To take it all in
As much as I could
Ritual by ritual
Person by person
Rustle by rustle
Bride and bridegroom
Everything like a tango
Or a tanka
That someday in recall
Perhaps I could remind
Of detail forgotten or
Or what might have been
Of a time of love
