Memories Upon A Stary Night Poem by Kelsey Decker

Memories Upon A Stary Night

Rating: 4.0

He sits on the porch
Watching the moon and stars
Memories of her
Repeating through his mind

Stars glowing high above
Lighting up the sky
Like a lanterns flame
Upon the night

Tears falling down his face
As her smile appears
In the memories
That sit on the table

Photographs and cards
Smiles and joy upon each
Memories that will last a life time
Like the stars lighting the sky

Every smile is worth 1,000 words
Each card given with love
Presents that were once collectables
Now worth 1,000 Memories

The tears upon his face
Forever remembering her
Through time as he
Waits to take flight
