Memory Poem by lauren robinson

Memory

We live in the chambers of our mind.
Where dwells the memories weve left behind.
where demons rage and angels weep.
and only faith is left to keep.

When hurting lurks, amid sorrow bends
and occasoinally life unbends.
To offer us joy that lends us peace.
We give to save our future seed.

to make them safe without our need.
what we percieve as desperate want,
the children dispise to heed.
