Memorys Of Mat - Poem by Jessica Canerday

We smell of weed and cigarettes
And for some reason I've became attached
To the smell and all the sexual acts
Everything you did became everything I'd do
Because I knew doing things you did would bring me closer to you
The closeness never came and you made me realize
No matter what I did I would never change in your eyes
I would always be the girl that wasn’t good enough for you
But I don't care I finally figured out what was true
Never change for anyone because if it’s true love they'll love you for you
