'Message In A Bottle' Poem by Kevin Wang

'Message In A Bottle'

moon shining on the naked night
it seemed just right
turning this wheel round and round
hanging from the backdropp of the moon lake

crying out, singing, sailing to the blue moon
I sing this song for you
days of gloomy clouds surrendering to the clear, night sky
I sport those shadows running away by and by

here and beyond this bonfire
with all that singing and dancing
I dive into the moon's tears
with bubble and ripples disturbing its slumber

looking, finding a pearl for you
in the far ends where the moonlight ends
climbing up to swallow the sweet air
and in my hand hold this very dear, so near, so here

sailing, calling, swimming with all to see
baby, I'm still singing
blowing through the gaping hole of the seashell
hope you hear, hope you get

this message in a bottle
hoping to reach the ends of the Earth to you
baby, I still imagine your sweet smile
your angelic face on the moon
and still here I am
not the first
not the last
but still sailing with the message in a bottle
let it sail
let it fly
my lovely, my lovely, let it come to you
