Messy Words Poem by Autumn Winds

Messy Words

Rating: 5.0

Words that have been spoken
Ring in the air
A door has been opened
A memory sealed
The sound was awful
The sight, astounding
Eyes filled with tears
Spill when they look away
It takes more time to clean up a mess
Than it does to make it
And yet the scars remain
