at times life can seem
like the middle of nowhere
and nowhere's no place to be
I'd like to be
in the middle of somewhere
maybe somewhere where everyone's free
if someday I find
the end of the line
almost anywhere might do
I just want to be
in the middle of somewhere
in the middle of somewhere with you
