Taking a breath we don't think about,
But to relax our body and mind.
Try breathing slowly in and out.
Then with each breath you start to unwind.
Breathe in and out, slower and slower.
Let your mind relax and your thoughts go.
Watch your chest rise and then slowly lower.
Your muscles relax like warm, soft bread dough.
Then open up both your eyes.
Gradually begin to sit up.
Take a deep breath and realize,
Your many blessings in your cup.
Lie on your back on a comfy rug,
Let your body sink into the floor.
Prepare to give yourself a gentle hug.
Think of things you yearn to do more.
Then let your mind float off into the cobalt blue sky,
With fluffy clouds of puppy dogs, dolphins, kittens and lambs,
Let our thoughts glide along with God's creators drifting by,
With soaring hawks, eagles and blue jays flapping to land.
Each breath think of the precious moments in time you give praise
For all the special gifts that God has blessed you with today,
From the stars to the moon and the sun's beaming rays,
You take a deep breath, let it out and know everything is OK.

I would like to translate this poem
It seems that you practice some kind of yogic breathing from what you've written in the poem. I too.have, what some would call Tinnitus, but this is also known as Nada or subtle sound and is a form of the creative sound of God called in Eastern philosophy Om or the Amen as it is known in the West.
