Miracle. Poem by Tom Allport

Miracle.

The man was hungry and tired
And never felt so low
He was caught in two minds
Whether to stay or go?
He couldn't make his mind up
So he asked another fellow
What should I do mate...stay or go
The reply was short and sweet
'Stay my friend for a miracle show.'

POET'S NOTES ABOUT THE POEM
The miracle of the feeding of 5000 by Jesus.
COMMENTS OF THE POEM
Valsa George 12 June 2017

It was there Jesus had performed so many miracles like feeding 5000 people with five loaves of bread and a few fish. It was also there that he cured the blind who lay there waiting by the side of a pond for long 38 years. Naturally doubts must have plagued him. However his patience led to a real miracle. Beautiful write
