Mirrors - Poem by Doug Jones

gain and loss
pain and a cross
stars on a chilly night
cars on a hilly ride
layers of players
sayers of prayers
aint got time
to faint in line
midnight runways
daylight castaways
plug in an adapter
sucked in faster
wasting away
tasting yesterday
