Miserable Man Poem by Walter C. Edwards

Miserable Man

I am a miserable man,
that is what I am,
don't try to make me happy,
or try to make me laugh,
I like my loneliness,
my unkept look,
unabashed disheveledness,
and don't ever try to get to know me,
for I am what you see.
