Misery Poem by Joshua Burgos

Such a common feeling
for me these days
I've become accustomed
to things going disarray

From the simplest things
to the most important plans
Need a change of feelings
for this one I can't stand

Treat me terrible and
expect me to stay around
Well your treatment is a flood
and finally I've drown

Tried my best to
not let it show
But I'm tired of
you so I'll let you know

That you constantly brushing
me off for later is unjust
Always hanging with male friends
made it hard for me to trust

What your really doing
when your out
When I ask all you
do is complain and shout

Accusing me of
being unfair
Forgive me if you made
this to much to bare

You seem to have a
problem being committed
I no longer want to judge this
case so your being acquitted

Of all charges and
your now dismissed
I'll keep the evidence you take the memories
so have fun when you reminisce

You shout and ask why
are you doing this to me
I reply you left me home to
many times to sulk in my misery.....
