Misery Poem by Nancy L Cohen

Misery

As the night falls we retract to our own worlds and our own thoughts.
The air is cold and heavy.
Emotions fill the room.
Our worlds are breaking us down.
Causing us hurt and pain.
As thoughts fill my head my body trembles.
I am alone again in my misery.
The room is full of disturbance.
My world is bittersweet.
More bitter then sweet.

I have lay in bed and felt that 'Bittersweet' misery on many occasions. I like this Nancy. Thank you. Kindest Regards Slim.
