Silence!
That is what I needed.
No music.
No thoughts.
No nothing.
Just silence.
Silence is what I need to intake this day.
To intake all that I am feeling.
I lay here and take a deep breath.
I feel lucky that I am able to do that. TO BREATH!
I want to feel nothing.
When I start to feel my mind goes to everyone else
and the chaos begins.
So I want to feel nothing.
The weight is coming back to my chest.
I pause to ask myself,
Will it break me or will it strengthen me?
