Misfortune Of The Mammoths Poem by Sebastian Seal

Misfortune Of The Mammoths

This little mammoth fell down a crevice,
This little mammoth drowned.
This little mammoth was strangled by a trellis,
This little mammoth tripped over a termite mound.

This little mammoth was encased in ice,
This little mammoth was burned,
This little mammoth was covered in lice,
This little mammoth was spurned.

This little mammoth fell off a cliff,
This little mammoth was squashed,
This little mammoth had a split diff,
This little mammoth was lost.

This little mammoth rolled over,
This little mammoth fell out,
This little mammoth was bitten by Rover,
This little mammoth lost his snout.

This little mammoth caught a cold,
This little mammoth was shot.
This little mammoth was covered in mould,
This little mammoth became a hot-pot.

This little mammoth was hit by a tree,
This little mammoth was hit by a bus,
This little mammoth died for a wee,
This little mammoth turned to mush.

This little mammoth starved,
This little mammoth turned pink.
This little mammoth was halved,
And these misfortunes made them extinct.
