The nights become so lonely
The days make me want to hide
There's so much I don't remember
Most times I don't even want to try

It seems all I remember
Is the day that I lost you
I'm trying to get through it
But it's not an easy thing to do

Remember when I told you
Forever you would live in my heart
I promised to you
Nothing would ever make us part

But now my heart is broken
Since you've been taken away
The beauty in life that you brought
Is something I will no longer get to see
