There was a time, not so long ago
That you loved to be with me
Future is one day at a time
In your heart is where I'll be

My love for you has no end
It grows deeper by the day
Letting go is never easy
What's meant to be finds a way

I miss you in my days,
I miss your tender touch
Most of all it's the laughter
I miss so very much

My feelings were never hidden
You knew just how I felt
When you looked at me & smiled
My heart began to melt

So many questions
with answers unknown
Wondering what might've been
Or if I'm meant to be alone?
