Mistake Poem by Ashton Jackson

Was it a mistake to let him kiss me, then change my mind?
Was it a mistake to hold him close, then find no intrest in time?
Was it wrong to let him love me, then turn him down?
Was it wrong to pull him up, then let him drown?
Was it simply because I'm in love with someone new, or was it because it was something a mean girl would do?
Was it a mistake to play with his head, and make him think?
Was is wrong to giv him the food, and take away the drink?
