Mistakes Poem by Jay Buezo Rodriguez (Jay Rodriguez)

Mistakes

I'm sorry for the mistake I have made,
It was wrong and I wish I can change the past.
I wish they were curable, with a bandaid,
but the pain travels really fast

I can't forgive myself for the way I treated you,
so I don't really expect you to either.
Ughh, It's just the love that had us withdrew,
and didn't stay with neither.

Forgiveness is one of many ways to get back together,
but I will need it from you to continue.
You were the sunshine to my nasty weather,
you would bring me to the greatest oceanview.

I'm sorry and I want you back,
the decision is up to you.
If I don't I will end up on the wrong track,
heading my way to deaths interview.
