Misunderstood
Misunderstood people are the one who long to be understand,
Causing anger and sad darkness inside.
It's hard to be understood when no one wants to lend a hand,
And in the shadow is where we usually hide.
Longing to be held and loved,
Being misunderstood causing so much inner pain.
Will the one I've met yesterday show me how it feels to be held and loved,
Or will this be another heart I gain.
