Molecular Machines Poem by Marcondes Pereira

Molecular Machines

Binary number system, we mean zero and one
We will leave it behind, we will leave it alone.
All literature will be kept into a DNA's code
Our upcoming digital architecture needs an ode.

Massive amount of data will be inside of a tiny space.
Molecules' size and color, they'll be the safest place
to store more and more centuries of science.
Chemistry and IT will guide us to a new experience.

Marcondes, this poem features an interesting idea, but your handling of the meter is really a problem. If you're going to keep writing formal verse, you need to learn about it. Paul Fussell's book Poetic Meter and Poetic Form would help you immensely. If you'd like, check out my new website: jeffersoncarterverse.com Let me know how you like it. Yrs, JC

Hi, Jefferson. Good evening. Thank you so much for your comment. I am thankful for your suggestions, but in some of my poems I don't consider meter. The most importatn thing to me in my poems are the rhymes. I will search for the book you suggested to me, because I really want to learn about classical forms of poetry, too. I will visit your site. Hugs and thank you so much for your advices. :)
